I am converting my 67 beaumont to power brakes with a complete set up from a 70 chevelle. Everything is good except for the pedal. It is sitting about 1/2 way to the floor already. I have searched the topic and made sure the pin is in the bottom hole. Any other suggestions??

did you adjust the yoke as per the service manual to get the proper brake pedal distance to start with?

I have threaded the yoke on as little as possible and it comes up too short. Both the 67 and 70 yokes are the same length.
