I have my front suspension taken all apart from the ole chevelle...i have new poly urethane bushings to put in, as well as new ball joints...should i just go to a machine shop to have everything pressed in and out? if i do, what is the average price for 8 bushings, and 2 lower ball joints? thanks.

I just had mine done today and it cost me $5 for each bushing each. $5 for each to get it out and another $5 to get it in.

I had some success with the BFH method, when I dissassembled my front end.
other than some elbow grease, it was free smile.gif

As far as installing I had success with using heat on the control arm and freezing the bushings overnite, then drive them in. It worked well graemlins/beers.gif
