: Can I use 67 springs on my 72?

I know they are not made the same but I can get a set for a good price. Will it cause a problem? TIA

not sure but isn't the front of a 72 heavier
if so the 67 will sit to high I think
or the 72 too low

I guess the question is really, "are the spring pockets different from 67 to 72?"

Springs can always be trimmed if the car sits too high.

I assume you are refering to the front springs
you need to know the spring rate along with the ride height.
As a general rule the 67 springs were taller.

I don't have the 72 listings but the '69 should be similar.

67 springs don't have an end with flattened coils. 70 springs do apparently. Does it matter?

67 and 72 spring ends are different, will not fit in pocket correctly.
