I'm performing the tall spindle swap, so I have the whole front end of my 65 Malibu torn apart. I figured I might as well replace the key bolts while I'm at it - anyone know where I can get the right bolts to replace them? Big ones are the ones that secure the lower control arms, upper a-arms, etc. I'd prefer to have to mix and match as little as possible, but if that's what it takes, I guess I'll do it.

I'd go to a good hardware store and buy some Grade 8 bolts (5 hash marks on bolt head) and nuts in the size you need. You can replace all front and rear control arm bolts for less money than it'd cost for two GM bolts and nuts. Most resto houses charge $8/bolt and the nut is extra.

If you're not wanting be 100% correct on bolts, then hit up the hardware store. I did :D
