Hey guys, I'm hoping I can get some help with this.
It is time for a new front end this year. I'm going with the tall spindles & C5 brakes. I plan on using
the Howe adjustable center link that has been discussed here in the past. I was looking at the
November issue of PHR. On pg 71 it shows a bottom view of Malitude. What kind of outer tie rod are they using?? They look way better than stock style parts. I'm sure it said in a past issue. Any help would be great.

The outer tie rod ends are Heim joints, rod ends or what ever you want to call them.
Stock car and drag cars use them.
I'm not sure what the sleeves are.

Does it look like this? (http://www.jackazzmotorsports.com/images/fendoverhaul109e.jpg) It is a spherical rod end.

Yeah, that's it.

Dennis, when those are used are the bolt holes drilled straight or is the taper still there and the tight bolts won't wobble? just curious

Both. I have some adapters at home that are tapered studs and the rod ends bolt to them. They make it easy to adjust outer height for bump steer. I drilled my spindles straight through for a tight fit bolt, brings the tie rod closer to the spindle. In my case the tie rod needs to move up for bump steer, some cases it needs to move down and the adapters would work nicely in that case.
