I'm going to be pulling a floor shift/Tilt collumn out of a parts car this afternoon...

How do I go about getting the lock cylinder removed and re-keyed?

Since i'm in no major rush to get it in my car- I'd like to have it gone through, new bushings, new cancel cams, etc etc- What kind of shops should I look for to rebuild it/go through it for me?
