New rotors, pads,MC,calipers, brake lines and new proprotioning valve.Bled brakes 5 times. When the car isn't running the brake pedal is up and firm.As soon as i start the car the peddle goes to the floor and will barely hold the car.The button on the end of the proportioning valve, does this need to be held in while bleeding. Also could my booster be faulty. Thanks in advance

Did you bench-bleed your master cylinder before you installed it?

Hold the button in and try more bleeding. Sometimes it can be a royal pain to bleed the brakes with a lot of new parts.
How did you ever get the Chevy handle here. I'm stunned :D :D
