Hello,

Did all 1970 SS cars with bucket seats and 4speed come with consoles? And do all consoles have "seat belt holders" attached to the side of them?

I have no build sheet but the cowl plate indicates bucket seats, and the floor of the car is "stamped" and drilled exactly where the console mounts. Just missing the seat belt holders.

Many thanks, Joe.

No, if the console was not ordered by the customer then it just had a floor boot. The console was an option and not included with bucket seats or SS equipment.

Yes they should have the belt holders although they can be easily removed and I am sure many have been.

The seatbelt holders were optional. you could get a console with or without them.

What was the option coding for seat belt holders on the console? Never seen or heard of that one.

JEFF,

Thanks for the part numbers. Do you have a pair of seatbelt holders? I would like to get a pair. I will paint them to match.

Thanks, Joe.
