I am re-installing the seat belts in my 1969 Chevelle and I need help in the placement of them. I believe the back seat placement is as follows: The (2) outer bolts hold the belts without the latch. The inner passenger side holds (1) without the latch and (1) with the latch. The inner drivers side hold (2) with the latch. Can someone please verify this? I hope I made myself clear. Can someone give me the setup for the front seat (bench)?
Thanks,
Terry

Terry, you didn't mention whether you have bucket or bench front seats. With a bench seat, there are belts for three positions, so each tunnel bolt will hold three belts.
L/S tunnel bolt gets one lap belt w/buckle, one shoulder belt with buckle, one center position belt with tab. R/S tunnel bolt gets three belts w/buckles. Same for back seat.
For buckets, just eliminate center position.

Terry,

There are 3 sets of seat belts for the back. If you are in the front of the car looking back, there are 4 bolts holding the belts, the far left one holds one belt with the buckle, the left
inner bolt holds the metal latch that goes to the far left buckle and on top of that in the same bolt is the buckle for the center set, then the right center bolt holds the latch for the buckle on the
center left bolt with a belt with a buckle on top of that belt in the same bolt, and then the far right bolt holds a belt with a latch. All you have to remember is that if you sit down and
buckle-up, the buckle is in your right hand.
