I'm working on my 65 and the above wire was attached to the wiper motor harness. It's got a single plug on one end with a female terminal and a double plug on the other end with only one male terminal in it. And it's about 4" long. I think it goes from the wiper motor to the washer pump but the ends don't match up and it's too short. It came with the M&H electric wiring harness kit i got. So any ideas on where or how it attaches? Thanks

Some early cars had a single power feed (yellow) in the harness and the ground (light blue) wire was a separate wire that went out thru a grommet. That's why both we and M&H set our harnesses up the way the do. The majority of the cars had the blue and yellow wires in the engine harness and dash harness. If you do have a very early car and it has the single wire deal with the separate ground trigger wire, you use that the yellow jumper, that's all.
