Did all 67 console/clock equipped automatic chevelles have the dash clock omitted? I have seen several lately with a clock in the dash in the also in the console. I am assuming the console/clock was added at some point and the dash clock was left in. I was just wondering if there was another configuration I wasn't aware of. Thanks.

Yes. All Malibu and SS396 series 67 Chevelles came with the clock in the instrument cluster with two exceptions.
1. If a console was ordered the clock automatically moved to the console and a blank plate was used in the instrument cluster.
2. If the instrument panel gauges (oil, water, amp, tach) were ordered and NO console was ordered, the clock moved to the floor under the dash in its own mounting cup.
As a side note, the clock was optional on the 300 and 300 Deluxe series.

Thanks Dale....You're the man. I thought that was the case but I just wanted to confirm it with an expert.

I know this was about 67 Chevelles but it was true in 66 as well with the exception that in 66 the clock was placed on top the dash (instead of the floor as in 67) in the event of gauges ordered and NO console.
