If I move an engine-tranny-rear end from a 1968 to a 1967 will the driveshaft also fit, both cars are two door Chevelles?

I did a search and couldn't come up with a definitive answer. I'm thinking the 67-early use a longer shaft than 68-up because the wheelbase is longer.

Any ideas?

You may need a longer driveshaft(as you mentioned the wheelbase difference), but I'd wait to see how much engagement there was first. Ideally 3/4"-1" of free play front to rear in the driveshaft with the weight on the rear diff.
