My renewal was about 30 days ago, but nothing in the mail yet. Maybe their program has changed...........I'm pretty sure my membership number will stay the same as it's probably just a renewal......I wouldn't mind another decal though.

Got mine a about a month ago and yes you still get the card and decal.
