Are their two different types of ss dashes, one for a a/c car and one for a non a/c car? I have a dash someone gave me but my car is non-a/c equipped. I know it will fit the car but will the heater controls?I know this has been covered before but cant find link. Also is it possible to repair a 2" hole that was drilled out of this dash. Otherwise its in good shape.

They are one in the same. You will need some additional parts to replace the A/C parts, like the plastic insert to replace the center vent.

As I recall, (perhaps incorrectly) the A/C dash has the speaker perforations on the each side and the non-a/c dash has only one speaker in the center.

The dashes are the same, with or without A/C,
and with or without stero.
