i have a 95 engine with the TBI on it.the original plan was to swap the vortec heads and a carb and run with it.but some one on here has said that it would be really easy to keep the TBI for cheap.but my question is what computers would be good for it or compatible?and what else would i need?i'm not looking for a drag strip terror or anything just a daily driver in my 4 door.i am in iraq and internet can be a pain(read impossible)sometimes so it might be a few days or a week before i can reply thanks

Is it a stock engine? Do you plan to keep it stock? Do you have the stock wiring harness? The easiest thing if it will remain stock is to get a stock ECU and maybe a stock harness.

I would try to get a system from a thirdgen TBI car as there are alot of support for those TBI systems. Check thirdgen.org for more info on TBI tuning and system information. I am a TPI guy so I"m not too familar with TBI
