All I did was to un kook the speedo cable at the trans to re-route it. Now the speedo doesn't work but the odometer does. I am lost. Hope the speedo did not break!! It worked before I unhooked it. This is a 4- speed if that makes any difference. thanks to you all!!!! Slime

did you pull on the cable any when you moved it around?? this may be it or it could be just coinsidence

If the odo is working & speedo is not, the problem is in your head unit. Just a coincidence that it started when it did. Both work off the cable. The speedo may just be stuck and might break free with some driving.
