Other sites are working just fine, but my browser's "back" does not work on team Chevelle. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm experiencing the same behavoir on IE8 as well.

The back button isn't working, but if I use the backspace key it works fine.

I fired up IE8 to see.
Back buttons there & working.
Anybody do a Windows Update yesterday?

It is working fine for me now. There was one security update for IE8 on Windows 7. I also ran CCleaner and run a malware scan. One of the Three cleared up the problem.

It works for me now, and I've done nothing...

I had the same problem an another forum site today. I think it had to do with one of the ads. If i clicked on the "down" arrow next to the back/forward buttons, it showed:

Link
Link
And then the real previous page

So if you clicked "back", it would just get stuck on "Link"

It's not just IE...and it appears to be only with TC site. I use Firefox and I thought it was something wrong with my work PC....but home PC is doing the same thing. Never seen anything like this before. If you double-click Back button it works... they changed something on here ...hmmm

Mine is saying "Clip" rather than link, but I see what you're seeing. The double-click on Back seems to work most of the time...

Yep, no "back" today..... probably won't have it tomorrow either. And to think some of youse guys made fun of me when I was the only one that was having the problem about a year ago. :(

I still think it has something to do with the ads at the top and bottom of the pages though.

Haven't seen the problem with Firefox but I hardly ever use the "back button" I usually right click and hit back.

I've tried to duplicate what this is but guess my settings in FF are letting it work normally.
Down button show's the stuff I've looked at.
Dave & Mike or anyone with FF ,what add-ons do you have in FF?

UM nevermind.
Since Don just posted they were working on a fix ,now I have it too -good fix :noway:

I noticed that same thing. Is this happening in cartain forums on this site or have you noticed this happening where ever you go on this site?
I've noticed only when I'm in a couple of the forums.

No add-ons in Firefox (3.0.16)...but it seems to be resolved now. Probably related to the ads. I'll just authenticate from now on...

You're right, it says "clip".

I have the problem on solsticeforum.com

Seems to be working just fin today, no "clip" (or "link") to be found in the "back down arrow" list. I guess we fixed it!
