I would have the whole car media blasted or sand blasted, frame and all to get a clean start.

Then I would do the floor pan, then the trunk pan. That way the metal won't move on you.

Then the wheel well's and quarter panel and what ever else you want to do.

Josh, right?
Wow, I thought I had a rust bucket. I've spent thousands just on sheet-metal parts. Try to use all you can that is'nt rotten.
If your rockers are bad too, I would consider this: http://www.ss396.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=chevellecamino&Product_Code=RFP-1462Y&Category_Code=FLOORPAN

Where ever you go for parts, ask for discount (team chevelle member). Save more by picking up yourself at car shows they attend.

Hey Needy, that looks like my car when I got it 3 years ago. Now I have a new motor, chassis is blasted and almost primed / finished and the rust bucket is on blocks. I did the 1 piece floor pan, 1 piece rear seat and 1 piece trunk. It cost a bit but made the body stable so when I took my frame out for sand blasting it remained stable. Another excellant source of information is going to Rubadub's site , he's on here alot and Rob shows the step by step process that works out very well. Don't give up , we all suffer from the same pain..........

IMO, its always best to work inside out. Start on replacing the firewall, then replace the floor then trunk floor. Now cut off one quarter panel and work on replacing the wheel wells. Get the wheel wells to fit the trunk floor then try and hang the new quarter panel. Once everything fits right weld it up.
Now move to the other side and repeat.

The roof panel is not a supportive panel so if you want cut it out it will not affect anything else on that car.
