will spindles off a 69 firebird fit my 70 chevelle malibu// thanks

They should fit no problem. However the Firebird/Camaro are REAR steer cars and the Chevelle is a FRONT steer car. You'll have to swap the steering arms from side to side is all. :eek:

The spindles are indeed the same. However, I do believe that the steering arms from first gen f bodies are different then the a body steering arms. So swapping them from side to side will not work. You will need steering arms from an A body.

and a f body car????what do you mean by a front steer car and a rear steer car?? also what is the diffrence between an a body car and a f body car?

well i can answer part of that question. front steer is when the steering linkage is in front of the spindle center, and rear steer is behind the spindle center. the steering arms either point forward or backwards. smile.gif
