Trying to figure out why Painless is wiring their system a specific way. This is their 'recommended way" to wire up the CS-130.

I'm not sure why they have the mega-fuse lead going to the starter and not direct to the battery. Also, both 915/916 wires are crimped. The drawing they show is not correct. Only one wire goes back to the main fuse box. I want to simplify it a bit though.
I need to add in a junction and was going to wire as follows:
* Run the 960 wire from the alternator over to junction block
* Run the 916 wire to the junction instead of fuse
* Run a new 8-10 gauge wire from the Maxi fuse to the junction block.

Is there a reason why they wired it like this? Doesn't make much sense to have 2 leads on the Maxi fuse..
