Can aybody identify these #'s?

1. The 67 13617 reflect a hardtop Malibu.
A 138 denotes the SS 396, but are all and every SS's 138's? What about an SS 327? What about my car that has all the SS goodies but is a 396 Power Glide vehicle?

2. The trim code 782 is a gold bench seat code, but the A denotes buckets. Wut's with that?

3. The "EM" denotes a 396/2spd/AC, which the car has, but I have no idea about the "WO" and the "2".

1 = Chevrolet
36 = malibu 8 cyl.; 38 = super sport 8 cyl.
17 = 2 door sport coupe
7 = 1967

Sorry, but your car is not a factory SS regardless of the "goodies" Maybe someone else can help you w/the rest of the codes.

WO 2EM are option group codes, I don't know where you got your info but you are missinformed.

WO is option group 1, the 1 is always omitted.
W - A02 Tinted Windshield Only
O - 2 tone paint

2EM is option group 2.
E - C60 A/C
M - M35 Powerglide Trans

The A does not denote bucket seats, its the bench seat code for 1967.

G-T is the paint
G=Granada Gold Lower Paint
T=Capri Cream Upper Paint

Yes, each and every SS in 1967 was 138, no exceptions!
