They are adjustable upper and lower control arms.
Just wondering if these are worth the $$$$

Thanks

I've been investigating rear end upgrades myself. I can see no need for upper and lower adjustable arms. I believe most guys just use the uppers. I'm not even sure yet that I'll do the uppers. I still have some spring and bushing changes to make before I can measure the pinion angle to see if I need them.

After looking at the lowers in the ad I noticed they have no provision for mounting a swaybar, something to consider there also.

I think it said in the ad you CANNOT use these with sway bars.
For me that's ok as I had planned on not using them anyway.

Just wondering if anyone used these arms though, and if they help eliminate wheel hop.

I was looking at those myself a while back. Only difference was the lower tubes he had that I was looking at were the solid not adjustable. One reason I decided not to go with them and wanted to mention is the joints. All the joints that he has are solid. With a solid rear that thing is gonna be a brick in the back. I didnt want that for my ride but wanted to mention it just in case you hadnt thought of it.

These are the things I need to know THANKS !! That's why I posted this question.

Wouldn't that be like the Solid Billet bushings or those harder polyurathene bushings that I hear guys "Rave" about???

Still trying to gather info... Thanks

Anybody else that may haved used these or opinions on them???

They would be like having solid aluminum bushings. 0 deflection but a rough ride, polyurethane has a softer ride than aluminum but arent as mushy as rubber. It all depends on what you want ride wise. I plan on running polyurethane bushings with front and rear sway bars and 2" lowering springs in my Elco.

I think a nice edelbrock setup in the rear would be more realistic what is your car going to be mostly for street or strip? the adjustable uppers are a nice piece of equipment and the boxed lowers are nice and strong and can accomidate a rear sway bar the kit comes with all the poly bushings and with a nice new set of springs you shouldnt have any problem at all with wheel hop... what would the adjustable lowers do for you ride anyway adjust the pinion angle more so than the uppers? just a suggestion

I'm using these control arms in my '70 and couldn't be more satisfied with the quality, fit and finish. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I'm also running the BMR adjustable uppers and lowers (non-adjustable). Very nice quality fit/finish. Heavy duty all the way ! Plus you can get them powder coated in different colors.
