Title pretty much says it all. The car is a 70 with disc fronts/drum rear, stock set up. When I stop, the rear will lock before the front really starts to apply much force, and as far as I can tell, its only the drivers side. I havent driven the car except for a few spins around the block, since I bought it and dont remember it ever doing this. Thanks for any advice.

You probably have contaminated brakes on one side. The contamination usually comes from a leaking wheel cylinder or axle seal.
