Hey guys, thought that I'd post our latest video up of Steve's personal toy running at Spokane. This video footage is from a couple summers ago and the 9.13@154 pass was the best pass we got before the track went NHRA (actually have to have safety equipment now, lol). We made some changes and the car should be a solid 8.80 car... if not even faster, we haven't found the limit of those little 275/40R17 D/R's yet!

A Cobra is on my list of "wants" and I never understood why people leave their car #'s and dial in's on the window. To each his own, but some jackasses around here leave them on their cars for days.

Hey, how about that, that was the laguna that nearly beat it at the 1.25 min mark. Ok, not even close but my father in law was driving the Goon on that run and said the cobra was pulling away like he wasn't even moving

That Steve has a great last name too! :D

I thought that looked like the Laguna.
Figured at that track the odds were pretty good.

Haha, I'll ask Steve! Low 11's.... sounds like you need a Wrenchrat twin turbo system!! ;)

awesome! Musta been hell plumbing all the stuff in that engine compartmentThere is a sequence to remove and install piece's in the car, it's not to bad after you've done it a couple times... The crappy thing is you have to pull the engine to get the transmission out!

No tickets so far but been pulled over twice... One we were making a pull up a long hill on the freeway on the way to the track (didn't get us on radar)... The second one Steve was doing about 45mph in a 30mph zone (let off the brake a little to much, lol) and the cop didn't even get out of the car, he pulled up alongside and said "nice car.... slow it down.... have a good night"

To each his own, but some jackasses around here leave them on their cars for days.If it's a new best then we usually leave it on the window for 1-2 days or so. I understand what your saying and IMO if its a 10 second or faster street car then they can leave it on the window for a few days.

Here's a pic of the engine out of the car...

That would be awesome. I think I would have to have a 8.50 cetified cage installed.

Well you could always turn the boost down when you went to the track to stay slower than 10.00.... ;)
