pardon me if it sounds dumb, but i have never seen one with the "racing stripes" on the seats, are those white stripes a factory seat option? my old 69 had solid color seats and i thought the interior was factory, could be wrong but either way an amazing looking car, i think anyone is lucky to own one like that.

WOW a 43k price tag! Seems worth it to me. Why cant I ever win the frickin lottery? How many SS 300's were made? I know 69 was the only year the offered the SS package on the 300.

Jacquie, I have not seen your car in detail before. It is stunning. :thumbsup: I especially love the seats.

752 ~ Black Pattern Coated Fabric available in the 134 300's (two white stripes) The 136 cars got 753 ~ Black Rior Cloth, Coated Fabric or 755 ~ Black Coated Fabric (vinyl) (no stripes)

Our 300 Deluxe SS396 has its original black vinyl bench seat interior with the white stripes. The original white stripe pieces of vinyl were heat emblssed onto the seat vinyl. This one looks like the inserts are stitched in. Probably the only way to get an interior that looks like the original. Not much 300 Deluxe interior stuff except perhaps for SMS Auto Fabrics.

From these pics it looks like a well done car and judging by Jacquie's other rides I'm sure it is. Gotta give kudos to whoever laid that SS stripe, it's got the front fender portion curved to meet the fender point and belt line correctly. We see so many that don't bow the stripe and the tip is pointing up at the stars.

Green is not really one of my #1 picks but that car sure is nice looking.

No doubt it is a really nice car, I wish I owned it, but.

It looks like a sprayed or painted under coating on the floor pans.

It also says it had a frame off, and still has its original sheet metal, it wouldn't hurt to look at those floors and rockers before they started.

Its salt city in Butler Pa.

I am not in any way saying this car isn't right, I'm just saying it needs a good looking over.

If the car itself is right, it probably will be worth a whole lot more down the road then what there asking now.

The D96 stripe on our '69 wasn't even the same side to side. There wasn't a lot of curve on the front fender stripes either. Certainly not as much as seen of some cars.
