I have the manuals om paper, but I'd like to get them on CD so I don't get any more greasy fingerprints on the pages. I've just taken a quick search and I see one that says GM-authorized and has all three manuals on CD. Anybody have experience with Chevelle manual on CD, good or bad? Thanks!
p.s. I have a '72 Mopar factory manual on CD that I bought some years ago. Its "paperport" file format, and OK.

I have a '66 Olds manual on CD; it's from Detroit Iron and also uses the Paperport format.
Text is OK. The illustrations SUCK. There isn't enough resolution. I complained, and they very promptly sent me an "updated" version which as far as I can tell is exactly the same--text is fine, illustrations suck.
As long as you have the original paper manual, the CD would be JUST FINE--and my set includes a parts manual as well, which is very nice although the parts manual is from '81 or somesuch so many items are already discontinued.

Thanks; my Mopar manual is Detroit Iron too. It's OK, but I'm hoping there is something a little bit better.
