Is it ok to run a single line off the proportionig valve to the frame and then split to right and left front instead of running separate lines for the front from the prop. valve? Thanks

I think you need to connect both front lines to the separate ports in the proportioning valve. To connect only one line and then split it would not work because the pressure and volume in each port is regulated and you would not get enough pressure or volume out of one port to operate both front brakes. You might create a very unsafe condition for you and your passengers, especially in emergency braking situations.
