I need help picking the right spring set up that will help me hook in the rear , i also will be replacing the front springs, i would like to keep it with in a
working mans buget, i don't need high end parts
here is my info.

I have stock old shocks now
1970 chevelle
454 /th400
10 bolt posi
ssm lift bars
kyb shocks
15x10' rear 15x7 front
not a dayly driver ;)

I don't know, rear springs are still a mystery to me. You want something stiff to keep the rear end from bouncing up and lossing traction, but you also want something soft enough to help with the speration the SSMs will give you. I don't know how big a part the spring plays in all this vs. the SSMs and shocks, though.

A lot of guys run stock springs so I don't know if there is really anything better.
