well toasted my 12 bolt...now building a 9" rear end..strange nodular case detroit locker 35 spline..4:10 gears..daytona support..1350 billet yoke...strange racing axels...wilwood disk brakes
using the large web housing with all the bracing.

now i have people telling me i should have done a dana???

I like the ford myself -easyer to get parts and cheaper. The dana is stronger, but also alot more weight.Ran a 78 camaro, BB 750 hp with a 9"/ 4:88 gears on the 1/8 mile-6.80's and 1.5/60 ft. went 2 years and never broke it-plus the guy i sold it to still runs it.Stay with the ford(just my 2 cents)MIKE
