i live in ocala fl, where the npd hq is, and used to work there. my old boss is a good freind of mine i will talk with him about that and see what i can do.

buddyv - No, we do not have any discount programs... Not because we're ungrateful, but because we don't play the game of jacking up prices and/or shipping artificially, just to create discounts and sales and promotions that have the "appearance" of being a deal. It's an insult to your intelligence... We just fly straight and fair, every day, for everybody... Compare quotes at the bottom-line, not just on discount-alone. That's where the rubber hits the road.

Thanks a bunch - there is already a $grand into my 66 Chevelle race car recreation project from NPD - and the Cameo Beige 66 Chevelle in your advertising is the Northern Ohio Chevelle Clubs poster Child for what NPD can do for your projects! Larry and I think your shipping is the best - usually 1 day here to OHIO.

These guys are a class act. I've never had an issue buying parts from them and they seem to understand that they are in business because of their customers.

n p d great i buy 95 percent of my stuff from npd never had a problem with them, they do what they say they will do. there shipping and handling fees are better than some others . some of the other companys shipping and handling fees are more than the order itself. thanks good job n p d

NPD is the first place I look when I need something, they have the best prices and great service and shipping. I wish they would expand their car line, maybe in time. The only complaint I would have is (and it's not just NPD but everybody) when I need something small it costs to much to ship UPS or Fed Ex. Wish you could ship small items USPS First class mail. I have to wait to have a bigger order to get my small items. Thanks NPD keep up the good work!

Just got my order in from NPD and the shipment was damaged. The website says send it back to NPD, the paperwork in the box says file a claim with UPS. So which one do I follow...so far I am not very impressed with NPD.

Sorry, but you're not being fair here. How is the damage that was incurred by UPS the fault of NPD?

Instead of posting here, why not call NPD first & see what they say? They have excellent customer service. I would give them the chance to make it right for you.

Message to all who see this post.... When in doubt, call toll-free... We don't bite!! :) 1-800-874-7595. Each damage case is a bit different, it depends upon the size, value and cause of the damage. In many cases we tell you to just toss the affected piece(s) in the trash and we send a free replacement... In others, we involve UPS for a claim, but we still get you a fast replacement in the interim so you're not left "hanging".

But when matters require human discretion, logic and thought, the internet is an absolute waste of your time. Back away from the addictive/hypnotic computer, and pick up old Ma Bell!!

Well Pete and Rick you are right. It was late and I guess I jumped the gun a little, been burned so many times before. I called NPD and they are sending a replacement out and going to contact UPS about the damaged part. Guess I should have waited a little bit longer. Sorry NPD.

NPD is a class act. We just went to the all GM show and cruise to Cedar Key earlier this month. This is one of the best and well organized shows around. We will be coming back. Now all they need to do is carry parts for Corvettes :D

I love the fact that they have a warehouse/store in Michigan. It's on my way home from work and I've bought a bunch of stuff there. Freindly staff and they have had everything I needed in stock.:hurray:

I placed a small order to be shipped to Canada. They were willing to send it USPS instead of UPS. Saved me a bunch on rip-off brokerage fees. Thanks NPD. You'll get more of my business.
