The color code for the wire from the solenoid to the distributor is B/P. What does this mean? Thanks.

Anyone know the length of the wire from the solenoid to the distributor for a 66 chevelle SS? Also looking for the length of the purple wire from the solenoid to the fuse block. Thanks.

Black/Pink is what show's on the diagram's I see.

I Thought most of my wiring was original; but maybe this was changed. My wire seems to be kind of an pink color. What does Black/ Pink look like. Looking at my wire again on some areas there is a thin little black stripe that goes around the pinkish wire. But in most areas this black stripe is gone. At first I thought the black strip was a break in the orange insulation. Thanks Mike.

Is there someplace that tells you what color the abreviations in the wiring diagram indicate?

The diagram I looked at showed blk/pnk -didn't need the decoder ring for that one :thumbsup:

So the blk/pink, is what I have, basicaly pink with a think black strip that goes around in a circular motion?

B/P is black with a pink tracer.

So it's kind of just the oppsite that I have. Thanks.
