: paint for brake calipers ?

Have a set of 4 piston calipers that I would like to "detail" as well as keep from rusting. I've seen a couple of different products: VHT caliper spray paint, and a brush-on type of epoxy (?) paint that was listed in a Corvette catalog.

Anyone have a product that they would recommend using ? smile.gif

I like Eastwoods, Detail Gray and Spray Gray for a protective and authentic look for cast and finished steel pieces. A little spendy but coverage is real good. I think they have a special on three cans.

Doesn't POR have a caliper painting kit?

Thanks for the replies. I contacted POR. They do not have a specific kit just for brake calipers, but they recommended I use the POR 15. As it is good for up to 600 deg. Should be just fine. smile.gif
