Hi members !!! does anybody know if there is a real easy way to remove the headlight switch from the dash of a 1971 chevelle SS

Reach behind the dash and grab the body of the headlight switch, feel around the housing and you'll find a button shaped like a rounded rivet. It's spring loaded and depresses maybe 1/8". Depress this button and pull outward on the switch knob. Once you have the switch knob out, there should be a shallow nut holding the switch body to the dash.
