I'm putting a rearend on my elky in preparation for hauling it across town. Will shocks be a necessary thing? I don't want springs popping out and skittering into the windshield of the car behind me.
If shocks are necessary, what's the cheapest way to get some? I'm not ready to start buying suspension components, and I don't want to waste $40 bucks only to buy a better set later. Are these shocks pretty common in junkyards?
Thanks!
