i have a 1970 chevelle malibu and i would like to know what parts from any car i can use to convert from font non-power drums to a disc brake system without changing my springs or controle arms

any 70s montecarlo that has front steering will work. there are othersas well ,olds,pontiac,buick. but i dont know them. but the montecarlo 70s front steering will work. i just got a set off a 76 monte for my 69 chevelle.

You'll need '69-72 GM A-body discs, or you MIGHT be able to pull it off with the B-body "tall spindle swap", but sometimes aftermarket upper control arms are needed.

Use this forum's search function for both and make your decision based on the many previous discussions. The information is the exact same for all '64-72 chevelles so don't be afraid to click the topics about other years as well.

That is not a direct swap, just so you know, lemonice. Completely different spindle, control arms, tie rods, etc.
