Hey, I have a 67 chevelle with bench seats, and found some 67 camaro seats for a good deal without the tracks.Could I buy new tracks, and fit them to the camaro seats to fit my chevelle? Will the camaro seats work?
Thanks

I talked to the guy who owns them and he said that the tracks and all that would probably be fine but he said the seats might be to low. What do you guys think?

Camaro seats do sit lower and they are a thinner than the factory A body bucket. You could bolt taller Chevelle brackets to the Camaro seats and maybe they would match the floor...but they are going to look out of place IMHO.

Would not look right and you are not doing yourself any favors for resale either.
Stock bench seat is more valuable to that car than wrong bucket seats. If you want buckets I would find the correct bucket seats that belong in the car.

They are about the most uncomfortable seats that Chevy ever made. I would keep looking for A body seats.

66 to 72 GM buckets will bolt in and look correct. Impala, Gran Prix, all A-bodies, Rivaira are just a few that also have the correct bucket seats that you should use.
