Im replacing my master cylinder but when i went to auto parts store the one that came up looks alot different thsn mine. My car was originally an all drum car but front disc were added and i guess the brake booster was added. They looked up my year with power brakes but its different than whats on the car now. Should i be asking for something else?

OK.I found the right one now. What are the proper steps on putting on the new master cylinder as far as bench bloeeding?
I use a bleeder kit that connects platic fittings from the master thru clear plastic hose, feeding back into the front & rear chambers. Do not press the brake pedal to the floor or you will jam the piston too far and it will stick.
If you bench bleed it, depress the plunger 1/4" to 1/2" until no bubbles come up in the master.
