Well I am still ripping appart my lower control arms, on the drive side right now, I got off the 2 main bolts, the one on the inner side near the tire has some bushings and other crazy junk going on, I took of the little lock nut does it just hammer out? I'm not too big on suspension work

ah ok, Yeah It's the damn ball joints. :D
You do know you have a spring in there don't you that can do some serious damage to you? Do some research on some of the threads on this site regarding control arm springs. There is a tremendous amount of kinetic energy stored in those springs just waiting to pop out and bust you in the head! After you get the control arms out, take 'em to a front end shop with your bushings and ball joints and they will press out the old ones and put in the new ones for you much easier than you can do it yourself unless you have a wonderful shop setup.
Good Luck!

Yeah It escaped me for a moment, all the tension built up and resistance from the spring, I got the spring out completely, and the bushing on the control arm is the last corner that has to come out, this is the part I think someone said to hammer it down to pop it out. I'll make sure I dont lose an eye when I take out my passenger side :D
