I just got done doing the jeep GC swap and it was very simple and cost about $100. I paid $50 for the box, $33 rag joint, and $20 for the lee's adapters. Everything went together well and when its windy now i'm not all over the place and sawing at the wheel. I would definitly tell others to do it if they want a cheap steering fix. I was hesitant to do it because I thought i'd have problems but it was easy.

I always recommend a wheel alignment after the GC conversion...the pitman arm doesn't quite get back in the exact position it was beforehand.

We did the same thing on Pitbully's 71. Really quickened up the steering....

I picked up 2 ps gearboxes from the local pick n pull today. Both of them were out of 96s for the Cash for Clunkers deal. The total was only $62 with tax. If I take back some core boxes, i'll get $10 back each. Now time to get some fittings and rag joints to complete the swap.
