Was wondering if I add a sway bar to my 70 chevelle (rear) do I have to change the lower controls are just drill holes and mount the sway bar to te existing arms????? thanks steel

You don't need to change the lower rear control arms to add a rear sway bar, however you will need to drill holes and reinforce the arms. The arms can be reinforced with steel pipe so that the sway bar when bolted to the arms do not collapse the arm.
