Good show, I recently had cause to replace all push rods and rocker arms on an old engine. I gooped up the ends of the pushrods with cam break-in lube adjusted things and started the engine with the valve covers off.

I stood nervously by watching the valve train exercise - but no oil going to the top, then slowly as the push rods filled things started to get spattered and all ended up well.
