Got a big cam in my BB,502, and i recently installed a 950 hp, thios carb works great but has no provisions for vacuume lines, including line to brake booster. I drilled a hole in the right side intake runner, in astalled a T and hooked up my lines, now it appears theres not enough vacuume to operate brakes. I thought about a vacuume pump, but there 380 $$$. Some one suggested i go back to non power brakes, how hard of a job is that?

not a biggie, just need a master cylinder for manual disks or manual drums depending on what you have, and the actuator rod from a manual brake car that goes from the pedal to the master. Unbolt booster from the car (4 nuts) and unhook rod from the brake pedal. With the booster off, replace the nuts on the lower 2 studs that held the booster..only need the upper two for a manual master cylinder. Install master on upper studs, hook rod to the pedal after removing the stop light switch tab on the pedal so you can use the upper hole (there are two holes on the pedal, upper for manual lower for power), adjust stop light switch, rehook brake lines, and you are good to go..also manual brake cars use a small return spring on the pedal to keep the pedal up against the stop light switch, you may or may not need this also.
