Just put the 275s on the 81 Camaro and it looks like I'm going to have to roll the fender lip just to be safe. What is the best/easiest way to do this without chipping any paint?

Thanks

Had to do this on my 70 Cutlass awhile back. Use a small set of Vise-Grips with the wheel and tire off the car. Might want to put some padding on the VG's also. If there is any bondo around the the area you might gets some cracks. Just take it slow and easy and you shouldn't have problems.

I've heard that you can take an aluminum bat and roll it between the tire and the fender lip while someone lets the car roll forward and back.

I had great luck with using a pair of channel locks and a flat piece of metal bar wrapped in a sock.I used the bar on the outside of the fender. I was able to adjust the plier to the right size to roll the fender .

if the car already has paint and body work done i would grind the lip rather then rolling it
