Is there a difference between the front and rear on lower rear control arms, they are off the car.

For rear control arms there are only upper and lowers, the rear specifies that it mounts to the rear.

Side to side does not matter unless you have a special sway bar attachement.

If there is sway bar mounting holes in the lower control arms, the holes go towards the rear of the car.
If no holes, it doesn't matter which end goes where really.
