I currently have 2 carbs I use on the car one is for when I use N20.the other is for N/A. I will first off admit my tuning skills need work. That is partly why 2 diffcarbs. one carb is an 850cfm holley DB with a 30cc front and 50cc rear acc pumps I use this carb with 110 racefuel when I wanna spray the engine with 150-175shot. when I run the car on the street or N/A I use a BG 780with 30cc F&R accpumps. I run 100LL AV Gas on the street. Now alot has changed since I got this new engine. First off this new engine has way more comp at 13:1 and has alot more cam then the old 468. See sig for cam specs. So I had to rejet both carbs plus now that I moved to colorado I found myself retuning the 780 since for now Iam only running it N/A. I was considering going to EFI so that I could eliminate the need to switch carbs and hopefully it would have better drivability. Suggestions on a EFI system for my BBC?

Ever stick a vacuum gauge on it at idle? What vacuum at what RPM? That's a pretty big cam!
What RPM do you idle at?

The BG carb does not have a vacume port anywhere. the holley does have two but in truth I never have put a vac gauge on it. It doesnt like to idle under 1100. I set the idle at 1200. I have no power accessories, just alt. My HEI dist does have avacume advance but the BG has no place to hook it to. No other vac run stuff. Car has wilwood 4 piston calipers in front and rear has drums with manual brakes no booster at all. no power steering. It has th400 with trans brake, and 12bolt with 4:56 gears.

You can certainly get the EFI to work on there. You might have to run alpha-N at idle due to low manifold vacuum. I run dry nitrous and that works great through the EFI. It can do anything you need it to do for the nitrous, window switch functionality, retard, retard ramps, etc, etc.
You certainly could run what you have with EFI. You don't have a "track tune" and "street tune" usually. They would both be the same except for a few minor things depending on your preference.
