I want to change my front springs in my 68 Chevelle small block -non A/C.

Anyone know if either McQuay, Moog or TRW come new already powder coated? Any other major brands that you can purchase through the local chain stores?

All the replacement springs that I know of do not come powder coated, the only springs that I know for a fact come powder coated are Eibachs.

Hotchkis are poweder coated, I believe (it's coated with something). Don't know if they have stock replacement or just their lowering springs, though.
