The boxed rear control arms - do they have the plate welded on the bottom to make them boxed?
Or are they just 1 piece all around?

My 69 has boxed, but it looks as if they started as non-boxed, then modified.

I know unboxed arms can be converted into boxed arms with a insert. I have seem them welded before. I think ground up carries this plate.

Wish i knew that before i threw out my old ones thinking no1 would ever need unboxed lowers :mad:

thats right. all boxed arms started off as unboxed arms. graemlins/thumbsup.gif its just a welded insert.
