Saw a portion of this on cable - late night. Hadn't seen it in a "long" time. What was the connection of the TopFuel dragster scene in the movie?

Bonzo was a HUGE gearhead. That was him driving...it was his fantasy come true.

My favorite part of the movie! The 20 min. drum solo with that in the back ground was awesome!

Wow does this bring back memories (sort of hazy and fuzzy, but memories none the less :o). Saw that in a theater way back when, drinking smuggled in beer and generally having a good time without a good time license (if ya know what I mean) :p. Led Zeplin, the original heavy metal band

Led Zepplin is my favorite Band. Where are the Led Zepplins, The Whos, The Doors and the JH Experiences of today. Kinda sad isn't it......

This Music is sorta like our Chevelles.......The stuff we threw up with.

Zeppelin is also my ultimate favorite band. I heard they were going to do a world tour with bonham son on drums. Apparently everyone wanted to do it except for robert plant. Im not exactly sure of the reason. As for where are the zeppelins and jimi hendrixs of today well i think its too early to tell. But noone will ever top hendrix, and zeppelin imo.

went to the R&R Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Cleveland this past April, and saw Beck and Page play together! Pagey did the induction speech.....wow, what a night!

Caught Beck 2 weeks later up the street at the House of Blues....Cleveland was rocking that month!

They just don't make 'em like that anymore

I heard everyone was on board but Robert was quoted as saying he was tired of rock and roll and all the yelling! He's happier touring with Allison Kraus. I find it hard to accept he wouldn't put his fans before himself.:D

Those were the great old days but the price of admission was heavy and took its toll on the country. I have been very fortunate to have seen many of the greatest bands of our lifetime perform live including the Beatles. Yep, I am old. :D

Huge fan,and Bonham was a great drummer, and at the end of Dazed&Confused, the very end, watch the 10-15 second drumming by John - OMG! It is the fastest drumming I think I have ever witnessed! It looks sped up, but I don't think so, just the man doing his thing!Just caught some of it on tv the other night, what a great band and Page could play that thing like no bodys buisness! They were/are all very talented.I think John Paul just recorded something w/ the FooFighters?

If you want to see them at their prime, check out the DVD. I believe it is called Led Zeppelin: DVD. Lots of unseen concert footage and music.

John Paul Jones is part of a new group called Them Crooked Vultures. The cd is due to be released soon and is already getting raves.

I think Plant not wanting to tour as Led Zep has a lot to do with with control. While Robert was an integral part of Zep, it was always Jimmy's band. Robert wants to move on and now has total control of whatever he does and he feels Jimmy should move on.

My favorite band :)

even zep outtakes are great, they were/are just so talented...love the bass and drums on this one from the physical graffitti era-feels like you are sitting in the room with them while they practice!

i have a live yardbirds album that came out after zeppelin formed that was recorded in the summer of 68 called live yardbirds featuring jimmy page. page had it pulled from sale after 2 weeks . the album has ; im confused, an early version of dazed and confused as well as white summer which was black mountain side on the 1st album. also have a vhs of song remains the same. it was filmed in 76. garlits broke 250 in 75 and that speed wasnt exceeded for 5 years so i doubt bonham went 260 at santa pod in england
