i installed a new steering box and pump from AGR..then i jacked up the front wheels and turned on the engine and the steering wheel turns to the right by itself?? is the box bad? i still have the old one and i heard it could be rebuilt??

Is system full of fluid and have you turned the wheel lock to lock several times to "bleed" the system? After doing this, does it still turn to the right by itself?
