Master cyl. too full? Do you have too much tension on the rod going to the brake pedal? Are the pins lubed properly? Just a few thoughts. My drivers side was tighter also, I could spin the tire 3/4 of a revolution, while the passenger side spun 1 1/2 turns. After driving it for a while it seated the pads properly. Keep in mind you don't want to overheat the rotor and warp it.

is it possible to over fill the resavor. if the rod is to tight wouldnt the other 3 wheels not be able to move at all. i took the caliper and put everything looked fine. so im not sure. whats wrong. do u think it would be teh check vavle.

it sounds like you have a stopped up brake link or the caliper is sticking. when it is froze up open the bleeder or loosen the line to see if the caliper will free up any. If it will free up it will most likely be the rubber line is kniked or just stopped up. Does the car pull when you step on the brake. Hope this helps

havent driven the car since i put teh discs on so i wouldnt know. if the line is just stopped up. can i just take it off and clean it with an airhose. which line do i loosen up the hardline or the rubber soft line that goes to the caliper

my best guess is its the drivers side rubber hose. if it is brand new, try cleaning it out, if it is used at all replace it. the rubber can swell inside acting like a one way valve. if that is not it then your caliper is sticking. either replace it or use a c-clamp to work it back and forth till you get it moving good again.

everything is new so i guess ill just try to clean it out. the caliper is new also and it went back when i used a c clamp so i guess i might do that too.

Is it possible one of your front lines is hooked into the rear line port on your combo valve? The rears maintain pressure, fronts do not...

Check your proportioning valve. How you get it done...I don't know. But a bad valve or a small piece of dirt in it could cause your problem.

will not bench bleeding the mc correctly cause the caliper to lock up. i called cpp and they said that was what the problem was and then they gave me a speech on how they test all their stuff before it leaves their place

No, bench bleeding or not has nothing to do with the problem you're having.
